Refund Policy and Notice / contract offer:

AB License LLC (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) is not a part of any government authority or organization. We are a private company and we do not have the authority to grant you a license of any kind.
We are here to only assist and advise people who want pursue their career in beauty services. The final decision on all licensure applications rests with the relevant government authorities.
As we believe in ethical and transparent conduct of business, we intend to inform the following matters to concerned “clients” through this
Refund Policy and Notice. The client should understand and accept that:
- Fees are payable for services and, as such, are neither cancellable nor refundable.
- Fees for consultations, information-gathering, and preparation of licensure application documents are non-refundable, as Company provides custom services for each client.
- Services include client consultation, writing and editorial services, editing and proofreading, and finalization. Services rendered are neither cancellable nor refundable to a client.
- Once client has paid for services no refunds are available. A refund may be available (at the discretion of Company) if Company determines a lack of feasibility of the project.
- The company offers a wide range of services such as consulting. paid and free, guides - instructions, full support. The client determines on his own what service he is interested in.The client voluntarily fills out a form/questionnaire on the company's website.
- The client voluntarily orders the service.
- The client has considered and voluntarily submits his documents to the company (passport, driver's license, SSN, CCN, education documents, information, contact details, address, telephone).
- The customer voluntarily transfers to the Contractor documents and information confirming the experience and education of the client, identity documents of the customer, contact and personal data of the customer and other documents, according to the requirements of the board of the state in which the customer needs the service (by e-mail, on the website of the contractor or in person at a meeting ). The company issues an invoice for its consulting services with the current price at the present time, the client pays for the services of the company.
- The customer is obliged to inform the Contractor about the existence of circumstances that may prevent the Contractor from performing the service (existence of fines, deprivation of the existing license, independent attempts to obtain a license in any of the states of America).
- The company does not disclose information from which the cost of services is formed. The company can change the cost of services depending on the complexity of the client's order.
- Correspondence between the company and the client by e-mail is an addition to the contract.
- Company is under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any service under any circumstance. However, Company will seek to satisfy every client in a reasonable manner.
- Refund of licensure application and processing fee shall not be claimed from Company since it is being paid to the relevant government authorities.
- The customer has the right to check the progress and quality of work without interfering in his activities. Taxes (if any) paid shall not be refundable.
- n case of licensure application being rejected on the following grounds, no refund will be made: If the applicants fail to (successfully complete background check). If the applicant does not comply with the requirements of the relevant government authority. Submission of fraudulent documents.
- Non-communication with your Company`s representative for a period of 3 months shall be deemed to be “early service withdrawal.” There would be no refund if the client goes for early service withdrawal, or abandons her/his case within 3 months from the date of registration.
- By signing and agreeing to the privacy policy and the offer and return agreement, the client confirms that he provided truthful information, provided these documents to the company's employees, correctly filled out the questionnaire and the form, the client is fully responsible for the documents and information provided. The client voluntarily signs this agreement.
- Company is not responsible for any delay caused by third-party services such as Courier Services etc. Also, clients cannot claim a refund of service charges.
- Study Guides. Some service packages may have a downloadable Study Guide available for purchase, either within the course or individually as a separate download. Study Guides require a PDF reader to download and open and are password-protected. Study guides that have not been downloaded are eligible for refund.
By signing this return agreement / contract offer, the client fully voluntarily agrees with each item, is fully responsible for the information and documents provided, the client personally fills out the form, ensuring the originality of the documents provided.
